Dosage:

Take 3 capsules on an empty stomach with 10 ounces of water. For the first week or two take 3 capsules per dose, twice a day, to establish a circulating load of nitric oxide Thereafter dosage is 3 capsules once a day on an empty stomach with 10 ounces of water.
